I was apprised ahead of time what to expect and how I would be charged. That was very important to me and just as they had said, I was charged the minimum amount since I really had very little to haul. There was no service charge and if I had decided I didn't want their service there would have been no charge. I am very pleased with all of their services and will definitely use them again.
